The communication base station equipment is developing towards lightweight, high power and high integration. Contrary to its volume decreasing, the heat consumption density of the system increases to 30W/L-35W/L, while the shell generally being cast cavity causes to adopt  the passive heat dissipation method . The huge calorific value poses serious challenge to the whole device.

The thermal management materials of IBH, like silicone thermal pad , thermal grease and thermal gel can well solve the reliability and electromagnetic compatibility problems of AAU, RRU in 5G base station in complex environments.
