TSP-PT series are RT and heat cure for manufacturing flexibility, two-component thermally conductive silicone sealant, insulating and protecting electrical and electronic components from application and environmental stresses. This rubber like compound resists to shock and vibration, and for exclusion of moisture and corrosive agents. High conductivity makes these products suitable for electronic components or packaging requiring heat dissipation while sealed.
