These series are cost-saving and highly compliant thermally conductive pad. It is ideal for  fragile components with its superior soft polymer characteristics. The natural tacky side of the pads could maintain a conformable and elastic nature to provide excellent interface in between and wet-out performances, even when applying on the surfaces with high roughness or uneven structures.

It can eliminate the need for additional adhesives when assembly and it can be supplied in rolls for ease of assembly or pick-up by automation in high-volume productions.
